THE CONCEPT COMPANY STORY
Welcome to Concept Company, a London based design and manufacture agency that specializes in the design, manufacture, and retail of high-end bicycle components.
Our passion for innovation and quality craftsmanship drives us to create cutting-edge components that elevate the performance and aesthetics of bicycles. We take pride in every project, no matter how big or small.
Our journey began with the founder, Chris, a passionate cyclist, designer and craftsman. After studying to obtain a degree in Product Design and Development, he began a career in the tool and hardware industry, designing tools ranging from screwdrivers to power tools, and developing methods to test, measure and record the limits of hundreds of products. After moving to London he decided to re-enter the cycling industry as a mechanic after an 8 year hiatus, having previously worked as a salesman, mechanic and skills instructor, among other positions.

This move was directed at networking and familiarising himself with the current technology, industry trends, and people.
While keeping active in designing products for himself and friends, it was in November of 2023 that Chris decided to formalise his profession and start Concept Company.
Since then we have designed various components for ourselves, manufactured and refined designs for various customers around the world, and branched out into carbon fibre repairs.
