PRODUCT DESIGN

From initial concept through to final engineering drawings and CAD files, we work with you to develop and refine your product. With years of experience in product design, testing and development. CARBON FRAME REPAIR

We repair carbon bicycle frames and components. From the smallest scuffs to holes and cracks from accidents. We also paint match to the existing colours and graphics. Get in touch for an assessment and quote.

SMALL BATCH MANUFACTURE

We love helping emerging brands create unique parts for their product lines or to put on their bicycles as upgrade options. Any product, any quantity, fully customisable and tailored to your needs, we can design from scratch, or produce based on an existing design.

PROTOTYPING

If you have a design you would like to test, we can prototype in a variety of materials, from 3D printing, to CNC machining and carbon forging, We are experienced product designers, testers and prototyping technicians, meaning we can also assist you identifying potential manufacturing issues and product flaws prior to production.
