5-step process to getting your frame repaired with us

Step One:

We will get back to you with a proposed course of action and timeframe

Step Three:

collection can be arranged, or you can deliver your complete bike, or frame, to our workshop in Ealing

Step Four:

After inspecting the Frame we will provide you with a detailed assessment of the damage and a quote to repair.

Step 5:

If approved, we will commence the repair and aim to complete the job within 10 working days.

Location

We are based in Ealing, West London, and have a team of qualified mechanics on hand who can strip and rebuild your bike. Alternatively deliver your already disassembled frame!

Repair

We repair and respray your frame to match the original factory paint, alternatively you can use this opportunity to do a complete respray.

Collection

After we are happy with the repair and respray, we will contact you to collect your bike when it is convenient for you!

Our Promise

We pride ourselves on honest and safe repairs and rebuilds. To back this we offer a 10 year, first owner warranty on ALL carbon repairs, and a 1 year warranty on paint work.

Although almost all parts of a bicycle can be repaired, not all parts are safe to repair, and if we are not confident that they can be safely repaired, we reserve the right to turn down the repair.

We have a fantastic relationship working alongside The London Cycle Workshop, who complete all our strip and rebuilds, as well allow us use of their premium paint shop facility to complete the paint matching and resprays on our repairs.
